March Program – “Wild Kraut!”

Ryan Hoskins of EAT South will describe the health benefits of eating fermented foods and will demonstrate making kraut using organic cabbage and sea salt in a jar. Ryan has a passion for connecting the experience of food to microbes, health, and sustainability.
