Last Herb Day Event, (2023) attendees numbered between 3,000 to 3,300 shoppers. Our expanded social media advertising reached thousands of Gardening and Herb Loving friends with a large number responding. Our multi-media advertising campaign, plus the very public venue, creates a heavy traffic flow of shoppers. Be Ready! Bring plenty of merchandise so you don’t run out and miss sales! It’s a great day for the Vendors!

General Information:
The Alabama Herb Society (AHS) cordially invites you to take part in the 27th Annual Herb Day, April 20, 2024 at 5 Bell Road, Montgomery, Alabama (location is on the corner of Atlanta Highway and Bell Road) 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Herb Day is an annual spring event for the entire family. There will be live music, crafts, ‘How To’ presentations and an abundance of plants, garden art, and local artist works for sale. Come spend the day with us in the beautiful outdoor setting of Grace Presbyterian Church property.

The goal of AHS is to promote knowledge, use, and enjoyment of herbs. Expert gardeners and craft exhibitors will be on hand to answer your questions. Proceeds from this event are used to fund our community projects which include our annual ‘Herb Day’ festival, speakers for groups and classes, and the renewal and rehabilitation of the Crump Senior Center Garden project.

Vendor Information:
Vendor’s start setup time is 6:00 a.m. and must be set up and ready to show at 8 a.m. Vendors are responsible for their sales tax and license. All supplies (tables, tent, etc.) are to be furnished by the Vendor and should be flexible to accommodate irregularities in the terrain, trees, etc. Each exhibit must be staffed at all times from the hours of 8 am to 3 pm. Demonstrating your work is encouraged.

Each 10’x10’ Vendor space is $50. Two spaces = $100.00. Three spaces = $150.00. Each space measures approximately 10’ X 10’. Application and space fees are to be received by AHS at the above address by April 13, 2024. You will receive an email acknowledgment and final instructions. Some Vendor vehicles must be removed from the selling area and parked in a designated area located on the far northern grassy property line prior to 8:00 am.  Some Vendor vehicles are used for replenishing of merchandise and are to be parked behind their assigned booth space.   Herb Day takes place rain or shine. No refund will be made for cancellation after April 13, 2024, and must be in writing and sent to the Alabama Herb Society at the address above.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES will be available for purchase provided by Grace Presbyterian Church.
