The meeting turned out very well – weather was good, we had some new folks interested in joining and it just seemed a pleasant way to celebrate all of our hard work in pulling together a wonderful Herb Day.

“Save The Date”
Our program for the night of June 19th ‘Everything’s Coming Up Roses’ will feature Jane McCarthy, Horticulturist and Design Expert for the Maxwell/Gunter Air Force Base complexes.
Jane will demonstrate and provide assistance on learning how to propagate your favorite roses, so please feel free to bring your cuttings.
We will be installing New Officers and a light herbal potluck of finger foods is planned so that we so that we keep the night and clean up easy. Rosemary Lemonade and Rose Lemon Pound Cake will be served.
Come check us out and should you wish to join us, the cost is $10.00 and will cover your yearly membership dues in the Old Alabama Town Herb Society.
